Our E Gift cards are sent directly by email to the recipient, as well as a copy to you (the purchaser), and will contain instructions on how to redeem at checkout.

Sokora E -Gift Cards are non-refundable and can be used for a one time purchase.
Any returns on jewels purchased with a gift card, will be credited back as a one time store credit note.
Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to refund products which include earrings, head jewellery or nose jewellery.
However you may return for store credit. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Store credit will have no expiry date and may be used anytime.
Items must be returned in original packaging.
Please note custom orders of bangles or jewellery is not eligible for exchange or refund.
