All our items are photographed using the most natural lightening possible, you can also view more information about the sets in the “Detail” tab.

I have sensitive skin, can I wear your jewels?

All our jewels are made from a mixed metal alloy with rhinestones and zircon crystals. Whilst we do try stay away from nickel we can’t guarantee trace elements.

So for sensitive skin we cannot guarantee.

Are your products suitable for children?

We do not recommend our products to be used on children.

Our designs are inspired by diverse cultural heritage of South Asia.

We believe in celebrating and sharing the beauty of these traditions.

While we encourage everyone to appreciate and enjoy our jewels, we also want to emphasize the importance of wearing them with cultural sensitivity.

What size bangle will I need?

We offer a range of bangle sizes from small to large 2.4, 2.6, 2.8, and 2.10.

We also offer a limited variety in 2.2 and 2.12.

We are online only and don't have a physical store so you are able to purchase 24/7!

All sets are designed to be together so we cannot break the sets or mix and match.

Returns + Exchanges

Refund Policy

Due to hygiene & safety reasons earrings and nose jewellery cannot be returned.

In the event of you receiving any faulty or damaged jewels, please notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We ask if you can please send across photos/ videos to help us best see the issue and find the best option for you.

Other returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order - and our customer service team will best assist.

Items must be returned in original packaging. Please refer to our refund policy for more details

You are responsible for returning the item back to us and any associated costs

You are able to send items back, not listed in the hygiene policy for a credit note (issued once returned). Credit notes will have no expiry date.

Cancellations or Changes

If you need to amend or cancel your order please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number and request, we will then look in to your order. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel this order.

Change In Shipping Address

If you need to change/ amend your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:

If you would like to edit your order i.e size/change of mind, please WhatsApp us and let us know as soon as possible, as we will be working to process your order.

We do aim to process and ship orders out within 24/48 hours so all edit request may not be guaranteed

Unfortunately we are not shipping to India, Pakistan or Bangladesh due to customs charges but we will you know in future if we start.

Depending on the value of your order, your order may or may not be charged customs or import duties Unfortunately, these charges are out of our control, and vary from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your charges may be. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Order Journey

Once we receive your order, our lovely team will get your jewels ready to be checked and packed, ready for you to receive.

All your jewels are boxed and gift wrapped before we ship out.

If you’d like each bangle set order to be individually wrapped please let us know in the notes section.

For UK and International orders we aim to process as soon as unless our customer service team have been in touch (delays may be expected during busier periods)

We want to make sure you receive your jewellery in time, however we are unable to control any delays or set backs that our couriers may experience.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we will be in touch.

Your payment shows as processed from the bank but the order hasn’t gone through?

Don’t Panic! This does tend to happen when details on the order dont quite match up with your registererd card payement details.

I.e the billing address not matching the address on the card used for payment.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email with a order number, but have a pending transaction payment, this will be held by your bank and will be reversed back into your account within 24-48 hours.
