Don’t Panic! This does tend to happen when details on the order don't quite match up with your registered card payment details.
I.e the billing address not matching the address on the card used for payment.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email with a order number, but have a pending transaction payment, this will be held by your bank and will be reversed back into your account within 24-48 hours.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once we sent it out so you can check its progress as it gets closer to you!
