Refund policy

Please take a moment to read our New Returns policy.

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving and must be sent back within 14 days. Once received we will issue store credit. Store credit will have a 12 month expiry date. Store credit note may only be issued once per customer in any 12 month period. Store credit cannot my used in conjunction with any promotions or discount code. Any items including earrings, nose rings, custom bangles, and custom jewellery are non-returnable.

Please note nose rings are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items must be returned in original unworn condition and in original packaging. Any items returned damaged with packaging missing will not be processed. 


Please note custom orders of bangles or jewellery is strictly not eligible for exchange or refund. Items which exceed agreed time or have the tamper tags removed are strictly prohibited from refund or exchange. Credit notes are issues once and cannot be exchanged for another credit note. 

For store credit returns use the WhatsApp chat link or via email: Info@sokorajewels.com. Store credit exchanges will only be issued once in any 12 month period.

International and Domestic Shipping back to us must be paid by the customer, in original packaging. Lost or missing parcels on return are not the responsibility of Sokora Jewels. We recommend using a tracked service for parcel returns. Any Sokora Jewels boxes missing, marked or written on will be deducted from store credit amount of £5 per box damaged.

ALL SALE, DISCOUNTED AND CLEARANCE sales are Final and will not be eligible for return or store credit. 

In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, Please notify us via email or website chat within 48 hours of receiving your jewellery with a picture of the issue.

Returns that are unauthorized, damaged or soiled may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
