Shipping Policy

A user needs to specify the COMPLETE address and shipment details of the person who will be available to receive the order. Business addresses must be clearly stated and informed of at time of order.

The recipient is required to cooperate with the courier agent in providing the identification proof.

The user is required to bear all the shipping and handling charges or customs charges.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

Sokora Jewels is not responsible for items dispatched to wrong address because of incorrect details given at check out.  Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charge to divert to correct address.
