Refund policy
Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to refund products. However you may return for store credit. Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving and must be sent back within 14 days. Store credit will have no expiry date and may be used anytime. Items must be returned in original packaging. Please note custom orders of bangles or jewellery is not eligible for exchange or refund.
For store credit returns use the WhatsApp chat link or via email: Info@sokorajewels.com. Store credit exchanges will be issued ONCE.
Shipping back to us must be paid by the customer, in original packaging. Lost or missing parcels on return are not the responsibility of Sokora Jewels. We recommend using a tracked service for parcel returns. Any Sokora Jewels boxes marked or written on will be deducted from store credit amount of £5 per box damaged.
All sale/clearance section and discounted sales are Final and will not be eligible for return or store credit.
In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, Please notify us via email or website chat within 48 hours of receiving your jewellery with a picture of the issue.
Returns that are unauthorized, damaged or soiled may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
