All sales are final. No Refunds or exchanges,

All sale section and discounted sales are Final and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, you must be notify us via email or website chat within 48 hours of receiving your jewellery with picture evidence.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
