Sokora E -Gift Cards are non-refundable and can be used for a one time purchase.
Any returns on jewels purchased with a gift card, will be credited back as a one time store credit note.
Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to refund products which include earrings, head jewellery or nose jewellery.
You may request a return for store credit within 48 hours of receiving. Item must be sent back within 14 days of receiving. Store credit will have a 12 month expiry date. Store credit note may only be issued once per customer in any 12 month period. Store credit cannot my used in conjunction with any promotions or discount code. Please note nose rings are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned in original packaging.
