Refund Policy
Due to hygiene & safety reasons earrings and nose jewellery cannot be returned.
In the event of you receiving any faulty or damaged jewels, please notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We ask if you can please send across photos/ videos to help us best see the issue and find the best option for you.
Other returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order - and our customer service team will best assist.

You are responsible for returning the item back to us and any associated costs
You are able to send items back, not listed in the hygiene policy for a credit note (issued once returned). Credit notes will have no expiry date.
