However we don't want you to be without options, You may request a return for store credit within 48 hours of receiving. Item must be sent back within 14 days of receiving. Store credit will have a 12 month expiry date. Store credit note may only be issued once per customer in any 12 month period. Store credit cannot my used in conjunction with any promotions or discount code. Please note nose rings are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
